Established by Clem Hafford in Tombstone, Arizona in
the early 1800s, Hafford Saloon rapidly became one of
the most popular watering holes of Tombstone. Some of
the most famous gun fighters of the old west passed
through Tombstone and patronized Hafford Saloon.
Sheriffs Wyatt Earp and his brothers Virgil & Morgan
along with the infamous Doc Holiday left Hafford Saloon
located on the corner of 4th & Allen Street to put
a stop to the gun fighting and horse thieving in Tombstone,
Arizona. The Earps and the Doc shot it out with the
Clanton gang. This shoot out became known as the most
famous shoot out of the west. It was called the Gun
Fight at The O.K. Corral.
